Subject:  [oec98] changing the face of oec98

hey,(dibyendu and gyan r the first couple of persons 2 b included)

what i'd suggest is start another mailing list OECKHATTI,

okay ,the moment this starts ,oec98 is plain n formal,

dib and gyan ask e'one n those of us who agree , r part of the KHATTI ,

well khatti is going to b a little spicy doesnot mean it's vulgar or 

something ;--),

moreever KHATTI  should not be stale.

and importantly n hopefully if at all it's formed  ,it is the last mailing 

list of it's kind .too many cooks spoil the broth ,u know :--(  .also ask 

for e'one's opinions.i feel gyana n dibby can take the final decision.
