Hi all Since I created this egroup I became the manager by default. But we need the services of able people like Dibyendu .So he will be our new manager (apart from me). That means he can add members or change policies of this group at his will. A bit of funda! All big companies go for restructuring and decentralisation when they grows in size (read no. of members) and turnover (read no. of mails) and our
company (read oec98@e...) is no omission. So we will strive forimprovements
in our structure now and then. For this valuablesuggestions
is a must. But your contribution to the company thru mails(our
